I have been taking letrozole since June 2016 when I was diagnosed with two small tumours in my left breast. I had two lots of surgery the second to clear lymph nodes. I don’t have lymphoedema. I am having such severe side effects that I am going to see the breast care team to see if I can come off it. But I’m scared that the cancer will come back. I can’t find any stats that I can understand to inform my choice to stop. Anyone know what I can do. I am also seeing a therapist for the anxiety this is causing. It all just goes round and round
