Hi Abby - sorry you're worried but I do think you're getting way ahead of yourself thinking the worst. I would think that your shoulders are aching because you're tense & holding yourself stiffly & that's making your head feel heavy. Honestly sweetie I really don't think you need to worry. You did the right thing seeing your GP just to check it out but I'm sure s/he will be able to put your mind at rest.

If I thought it was something to worry about I would say so - so get yourself off to bed with your music or a book or whatever it is you normally do before you go to sleep & be bright & breezy in the morning & get the good news! :)
