Just would like to hear if any any of the older generation have had successful treatment for breast cancer

My friends mum was in her eighties and she had a mastectomy for breast cancer. She couldn't have radiotherapy after because of her dementia. That was around 4 years ago and she is still going strong with nothing wrong with her xx
