I am 50 ..had a hysterectomy 20 years ago and today found a lump on the inside of my vagina.
The swelling is painful when I wipe myself after urination and just doesn't feel right if you can understand me

Hi there - it could be the start of an abcess. I would ask for an appt. with your GP or practice nurse. They are very painful (had one some years ago same place) & if it is an abcess you need antibiotics but you do need to see someone.
