I was diagnoised with breast cancer following a mammogram in March. I was called under the trial of 47-49 year olds and the computer picked my name out! I had a 1" lump, that had its own blood supply, removed at the end of May. It was 1cm when the bioposies were undertaken!

My question is in respect of driving ... I am struggling with the pressure of the seatbelt across the left hand side, which is the site of the surgery, and wondered what other people did to overcome the discomfort and pain sustained during the healing process? I have no idea how long it will take.  I have only tried driving this week for the first time - 6 weeks post op.

Any thoughts and advise welcome.  I have tried using a cushion to no avail for extra support/padding.
