  • Hi there ..

Bless ya .. your anxiety seems to stem from whatever happened to you last year ... it has made you not want to eat or drink ... which in its self can cause headaches and stress ... you could be dehydrated and lacking in vitamins from food .. and yet the root cause is that event that triggered it ..

You need to be able to talk to someone about it , whatever it is .. you need to process what happened .. untill you do, the stress won't go .. and you'll never move on .. is there someone you trust .. any one that can listen, and help you understand ... reach out ... and sort it now, don't carry it with you, no mater what it is .. it's better sorted now .. sending you a vertual hug.... • I’m seeing a anxiety therapist in 4 weeks but until then I can’t speak to my family as they don’t understand it’s so hard to speak to them as they think I’m ott im gonna start using cbd oil

  • Hello Penguinzx,

It's good that you are seeing the anxiety therapist in four weeks as it sounds like you could do with some help to help you tackle your health anxiety - as Chriss pointed out, it all seems to stem from the trauma you experienced last year. The AnxietyUK website may also have some useful tips for you.

I think it is really important too that you go and see your GP if you are considering taking CBD oil - your GP will be in the best position to tell you whether or not it is suitable for you in your current circumstances. So do make an appointment with your doctor who I am sure will be able to point you in the right direction.

    Best wishes,
