Been diagnosed with Invasive Lobular stage 2 in left breast after having in right breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma stage 2, 20 years ago!

Had to have a mastectomy & 1 lymph node which was clear first time and hormone tablets for 5 years.  This time after lots of tests & biopsies have had a lumpectomy & 1 lymph node taken, after results 2 weeks later told lymph node clear but not a clear margin around 1 side of tissue taken! 

Today just had my 2nd lumpectomy today & results should be on the 17th July, hate all this waiting for test results!  Just hope consultant has managed to get the clear margin this time, then in 8 weeks time will be able to start the next new journey of radiotherapy.

Had Tamoxifen last time not sure what I will be given this time, consultant did mention he may change it this time.

You are never sure what is around the corner in life and have to keep positive & just take each day as it comes.
