I have similar symptoms, but I had a blood test weeks ago and nothing was found. I also gave teo stool samples which were well weird ( it looked like Mr Whippy Ice cream except for the colour which was a beige colour) the Hospital promptly lost them so I had to do another sample. I also feel as tired when I wake up as I do when I go to bed. Bowels today were well weird I was basically trying to go but the result was not much runny stuff and just wind, stomach cramps hurting like hell as well. I eventually phoned the out of hours Doctors but was given a series of questions like you get when you phone 111. the last question was do you have an Aortic Aneurism, to which I asked was that the same as a blocked Aorta, she said yes and told me to ring 999. So I got into panic mode and got an Ambulance on my dooestep in 10  minutes. I was not carted off to hospital but they told me to speak to my GP in the morning. I cannot tell you not to worry zeduk but try and be positive about it.
