Hi I recently found a lump near the start of the penis on my groin and is painful slightly to touch and it is circular in shape. I have looked on the internet and to what I have described perhaps it could be a inflamed gland which could be remedied with washing the inflamed area . I’m 16 btw and just slightly concerned.
