Abnormal bleeding with pelvic pain

Hi I am just looking for a little advice/reassurance or even someone who can tell me if they had the same symptoms and what it turned out to be, I have been having pink vaginal discharge for 2 weeks that has an awful smell (sorry tmi), sometimes it has been red also. I have back pain accompanied with pelvic pain and bloating, I have also noticed on only a couple of occasions that when I pee there has been red lumps of blood but not sure if that’s just coming from the original problems I started with, I no that I have no STI as I have been with the same partner for 10 years and he hasn’t been home from work for ages, I  cannot get in to see the doctor for 2 weeks yet so just looking for advice and other peoples symptoms really, thanks x

    I can understand that you are concerned. It isn't very likely to be anything serious such as cancer. These things tend to have more straightforward explanations. You may have a vaginal or bladder infection there. This is common and sometimes hormonal fluctuations can make this more likely. 

    Whilst you wait to see your GP, you could ask your local pharmacist if there is anything that may help. They are trained to advise. Or you can try and access the services of your local sexual health clinic.
