Hi there, 2 wks ago I had a scan,  the radiographer said that it was not scary, she said you have two nodules one is 1cm, they look fine nothing to worry about. 

I asked will they be monitored and she replied No, they do not look scary at all. 

A week 2 weeks later went to ENT, the doctor asked 'do you have your results from the biopsy and when I told him that I did not have one as the radiographer said what she saw was not scary, he replied

' you have 3 Nodules two of them are Graded U3... You should have had a biopsy done '.

He explained the gradings to me and said that when I go back for my blood results tmrw that is that I must insist on a biopsy and say to them about the British Thyroid association guidelines. 

Im upset and feel let Down.

Can anyone help please..... I need advice
