For past 3 or 4 months I have been suffering from a really itchy breast, like to the point I wanted to rip my nipples off and nipples had discharge. I also am tired all the time and have never in my life had a nose bleed and in past few months I've had 3 and they all signs. I finally went to dr thinking I just had eczema and during an exam she found a lump said about inch big but I can't  feel it and I dont want to poke about but now I am terrified something is wrong, if I had found lump I'd have been prepared but I didnt and it's a massive shock I already had an inverted nipple and now that's not. I dont know what to do or think. Any advice would be a massive help
