Hi had a double mastectomy with implants on Wednesday 

I carry the Faulty gene so had a preventative mastectomy and I have children so had implants for faster recovery 

my breasts are lumpy and bumpy areas are Rock hard

i was a a-b cup surgeon out a c cup implant as aware if possible I would of liked to of gone larger in size if possible 

there is no sign of implants they appear smaller than before

can anyone confurm if the lumpiness etc is normal as only early days

suze um not concerned about as I didn’t do this for vanity but breasts are very misshapen
