Hi, I was just wondering if someone could help me. 

I noticed I have multiple tonsil stones which I was able to remove two, but the rest are lodged behind my tonsil. 

I also noticed when tense my throat that I have what looks like a bean shaped sack directly under one tonsil. There are brown dots all over my tonsils, and very thin white tissue paper like streaks over the back of my throat. 

Am I silly to think it could be a tumour ... ? 

22, occasionally have been a social smoker in the past.
