Lump on neck

Hello Everyone 

Thankyou for taking the time to read this. About a year ago I found a lump on my neck. It's on the left down from my ear. I was worried and went to the doctor and he said it was smaller than a pea and to come back if it got bigger. He thought I was fighting an infection and it was a lymph even though I didn't feel at all I'll or run down. It's never changed in size but every now and then I worry and today is one of those days were I wonder if I should go back to the doctor but I'm worried he will be annoyed and just send me away again.     Try not to worry I know it's hard lymph nodes can come up for no reason at all some stay up for years if it doesn't hurt and it hasn't changed leave we'll alone, if it changes or starts hurting go to GP. Best wishes.

    Hello Billy,

    Thanks for getting back to me. Since the other day I have been told by a work health check that my lung age is 59 even though I am only 35 and I have had a sore throat for nearly 7 weeks so I am generally freaking out about my health. I booked a doc appointment but couldnt get one till June 5th so I will see what they say. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and getting back to me :)
