Ovarian cancer

Hi everybody, I was diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer in October 2018, it was a total shock, I suffer from really bad anxiety so you can imagine how I have been. I had a total hysterectomy and some more surgery, the surgeon said she had got it all, I started chemotherapy in December, I haven’t been too bad with it although after fourth session I could only have the Carboplatin drug not the combined, this was due to my white blood cells not regenerating, I also had to have injections to stimulate my white blood cells, which it did. Mentally I am worried because I did not have my combined chemo for the last two sessions. I am due a CT Scan this week, and I am terrified it has come back. I have acid and discomfort under my bust and feel sure it has returned! Has anyone else had similar thing.
