I’m really worried

I’m 14 and I have health anxiety and I have convinced myself I have cervical cancer, I had some random bleeding once ages ago just after I finished my period and that’s it, a while later I looked up about cervical cancer curious and scared myself thinking I had it, after that I have had a bit of back pain but maybe it’s cause of how much I’m thinking about idk but I’m scared somebody tell me If im ok or not

    Hi there ...

    It's quite normal to sometimes bleed between periods ... and at 14 ... your hormones will be all over the place ... can you tell your mum your worries or untie or grandma ...  I'm pretty sure your o.k ... but if you see your Dr, I'm sure they will put your mind at rest ... though I'm not medically qualified,  but I used to very occasionally have a bit of spotting .. it's more worrying if it happened a lot more frequently...
