Can’t function

Hi,

I’ve got a swelling in my left neck, hard, painless and not noticeable above the skin. I also have very dry mouth and a gassy lumpy felling in my throat.

I can feel more flesh under my left jawbone than the right and a lump under my chin on the left, soft and moveable.

Recently it’s been getting worse with more pain in my left ear(Which has had tinnitus for years) and a stiff neck, with a numb flushed face and a similar feeling inside my mouth. I also have cheekbone pain on the left  side.

In summary I have a multitude of head, neck and throat problems, not all have been listed. I’ve had an MRI which said my brain was fine but does that mean my head/neck is also fine? I’ve seen the doctor and they’ve checked my lumps and say there’s nothing to worry about, and my ear, mouth etc. I just feel like there’s something wrong, whether it’s Hodgkin’s lymphoma, salivary gland cancer, or another cancer in my head. I feel it could be an ear infection but I had a blood test awhile ago and it was fine, and I’ve heard they can be really serous anyway.

I’m sorry to keep coming back to this site, I must be annoying but I don’t know what else to do.

My main questions are what could the mri rule out, and is it possible there’s something seriously wrong that could kill me at any moment, i.e with my brain stem as an underlying symptom for months had been a new, painful head sensation.

Thank you for reading.
