Lump in labium majora

I have a lump in my labium majora... It started of like a pip size in a apple and now it a big marrow fat pea size.... Can't see it as its under the skin ... Had it a year and irritates me .. Underwear /intercourse...any ideas what it could be with it getting bigger and having it so long thanks

    If you're worried about the lump and have noticed changes since you first found it, then the best thing to do would be to book an appointment to see your doctor - once the Easter bank holiday weekend is over - as they will be able to examine it and let you know if it's any cause for concern.
