Hi everyone

I am new to this forum. 74 later this year, have been living with prosate cancer simce just after my 65th birthday, Got fed-up with telling people and having them look at me as if I was on my last legs already so decided to be positive and prove them wrong. I changed to a pescatarian diet (almost vegan, not quite), and resolved to take my cue from Monty Python by always looking on the bright side of life no matter what. A sense of humour hekps as does creative therapy (in my case, wriying poetry); the latter keeps my brain cells ticking over and lets the Grim Reaper know I ain't ready to go walkies with him just yet. Since my diagnosis, I've had several nasty falls, but survived to take on the worls with my walking stick and self-prescribed positive thinking.. We all know about the ups and downs but time to focus on the ups, yeah?
