My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer and secondary bone cancer in February. We are in the middle of a tornado just now and reaching out for an anchor.
Think you've summed that up really well ... it deffinatly hits us like a tornado ... but you know they Batton down the hatches and put shutters on the windows ... and brace their selfs to weather the storm ... that's what we do, once that initial shock gets less ...
Cancer wants you to feel scared and give up and panic ... but if you can get all those feelings out and then get a pair of vertual boxing gloves on and get in the ring with all of us, and get ready for the fight of your lives ... look it in the eye. . And hit it back ... cancer doesn't want us to fight ... but it's got another thing comming.... yes you'll all have low days .. yes it's scary ... but when it knocks you down, get back up ... let's kick cancers *** together ...
