I’ve found that an MRI I had does show the whole head, but would that have shown any cancer in the head and upper neck.

Would it show bone cancer, would it show oral cancers,.

There’s only 3 pictures in the neck area, is that enough to be useful.

I have dry mouth, a numb left cheek bone and jaw, and a swelling on my neck.

Would this MRI rule anything out?
