Hi there, i dont no if anyone is still active on here so I'll give it a go, my mum (58) started to become ill last April told it was her gallbladder then after more visits to the doctors then getting rushed into A&E in may and a week long stay they discovered her bileduct had  collapsed due to a tumour after a few tests the consultant decided it was best she had the whipple procedure which was done the end Sept , they took stem cells and only 1 was cancerous , December came and she started her chemo 1 week having the 4th week off untill May, she was given the all clear but they just wanted to keep an eye on her liver as there was what they thought was scar tissue as they removed half of it, anyway from then until today she started to get pain in her stomach and back she went back and forth to the gp who fobbed her off with constipation remedies and codeine then few weeks later they gave her morphine after her telling them the pain was like labour! they sent her for a xray and mri 2 weeks ago came back clear  then last night she was rushed to hospital with server pain , today after a ct they have discovered its come back and they say its terminal as now spread to her lungs  , neck and lymph nodes. We are waiting on the consultants tomorrow to discuss her options.  So needless to say im heartbroken im losing my Mum ,best friend and my children are losing there Nan, of course every one will say this but she really is the best mum in the world.

I dont no what to expect from here if anyone has got this far into reading i just feel like she's being stolen away from us to soon.
