Hi I'm 46 not sure if that matters or not. However I was experiencing pain and heavy bleeding. Fast forward 6 months I finally got an ultrasound scan. This showed up an 8.3cm complex cyst with feeders. The hospital are taking it seriously thankfully and have been lovely. I have just been for a blood test and I am having to wait for an urgent ct scan referral. I suppose what I'm wondering is how long it's likely to be before the scan appointment comes through. The likelihood it's cancer.
