Hi Guys,
New to the forum :-) I had high grade DCIS 2 years ago, after 2 lumpectomys had to have masectomy with immeditate reconstrustion. All went well and has been fine untill about a month ago found a lump on the same side. I had a biopsy which came back as scar tissue. Since the biopsy my implant just doesnt feel right...randon shooting pains, tingling and some ridges appeared. I have been referred to plastics to maybe have something done but I asked for a ultrsound to make sure there was no leakage. Had this today, no leakage but they have found 2 areas of calcifcations.
My DCIS 2 years ago was found through a lump but was told today that the calcifications could be a sign of DCIS in the remaining breat tissue...so more biopsys and now the waiting game...
Just wondering if anyone has had this?
Much love to you all
xx
