  • Hi my darling,

First of all I'm sorry for all the pain and anxiety you are expecting - we generally tend to think the worse when it comes to situations like this! Googling definitely exasperates our anxiety as we never see reassuring things on there - so if you can do, try and put a hold on that until you see a professional opinion my lovely (although I know that's a lot easier said than done).

It may well as well be an infection! Although considering your age it's less likely to be something sinister, I would urge you to go to the doctors to get it checked out my darling. They'll be able to deal with it in the best way. If they do refer you to get a more thorough diagnosis to a specialist please don't worry - this is generally a standard procedure for any lumps!

I'm so sorry that I am unable to give you advice on what it is as I am not completely sure myself, but keep us updated on how you are doing! If you ever would like to talk, feel free to drop me a message! In the mean time, try and stay as positive as possible and get an appointment with your gp :) All the best my lovely x
