  • Hi Tom,

There are many reasons why you might have these symptoms and majority of times absolutely nothing to worry about at all.
None of us are medically qualified to diagnose anything and suggest , to put your mind at rest, to arrange to see GP and discuss with them.
I know it's easy to say not to worry, but please stay off Google as so much mis information there and sort out GP appointment asap.

Please feel free to come back after GP and ask away any other questions you may have

    regards
    Ian

  • Hi Tom.

I had a lump on the back of my neck, I went to my gp and got an 2 week referal for a ultrasound,  it turn out to just be a reactive lympnode, nothing to worry about, that was about 2 years ago and it's still there now and no got any bigger. I've also had my lympnodes swell due to being poorly or allergic reactions. I currently have 4 on the left side of my neck and been to my gp today and been refered for a ultrasound again.  Please go and see your doctor, they will advise you on what steps to take. I know its scary but its usually nothing sinister. X
