Sorry havnt a magic solution ... but if you go on u tube and put in relaxation therapy ... I'm sure you'll find something to help ..

I used to have a fear of being cut in an operation .. the word scalpel scared me witless ... well my first born turned into an emergency ceaserian. . On the way to theatre l was sobbing ... and kept saying..  I'm gonna die"  needless to say l survived ... then years later I had to have a hysterectomy ... l survived ... and two years ago nearly .. my mastectomy... servived that too ..

Still can't watch the cut from a scalpel... in those hospital programmes. . But I suppose we just have to feel scared but do it any way ... I did the u tube relaxation techniques. . They really helped on last one .. good luck ... Chrissie x

thanks for for your reassuring words, the word canula gets me I go into melt down! 

Its very likely I will have to have a full hysterectomy so obviously I have that the deal with also!

i will take your advice and look at you tube for some relaxation teqniques.
