My dad has copd and first stage lung cancer. He was recommended to have radiotherapy rather than keyhole surgery. He has however bad lungs. What do u need to expect? Etc thankyou ps he’s 75 with heart conditions. He’s mentally sound .
So sorry to hear about your dad’s diagnosis. Do you know why no surgery? My dad is 81 and just has a lobectomy. He has copd and af (irregular hearbeat) and was high risk for surgery but was his best chance. I guess all cancers and where they are are different but the consultant said if he was up north he wouldn’t of been offered it :(
