Hello everyone 

I have literally just woken up and discovered a lump. It is at the base of my left breast, quite hard and seems fixed to my rib. It is like a muscle knot but no muscle there.

I will call the doctor first thing Monday and get it checked out, my initial thoughts is that it will be fine but am now starting to worry.

Has anyone had anything similar? How did it go?

I'm nearly 46.
