Hi ollydog I too was diagnosed with Et essential thrombocythaemia this year. I am taking hydroxycarbamide, but have been given leaflet about anagrelide as my counts are not falling very fast after the initial month. Tiredness is my biggest problem as well as digestion as I have had to stop some of my other meds. Just thought I would reach out. I was diagnosed 16 jan this year

It is a pain, I’ve always been full on so this way of life is another big change for me, I have taken  the advice from a nutritionist and gone organic with food and I think it helps, the fitness stuff has helped reduce my weight but any other improvements on the lack of energy  would be really good. 

Yay someone described the fatigue to ma as suddenly hitting a brick wall/ falling off a cliff. Found I just have to give in and nap if I know I have something to do early evening. Trying to keep up with exercising as advised that that also helps with fatigue.
