Hello Shahnazb1929 and welcome.  I have to admit I don't understand the term "marina quail"; I realise that English is perhaps not your first language (you are doing better than me) I can only speak one language - English - to make myself understood.    So you have been having light spotting for the last ten years?  We would so much like to reply to your post - are  you able to give us a bit more information?  Annie
