Hi everyone

I was diagnosed last December with stage 4 colorectal cancer. Further investigation discovered mets on my liver, which i was told was inoperable . Horrible words palliative care.

However.

After 18 cycles of chemo . My encologist has referred me for a liver resection as things have improved and the op is now viable. I have been on panatumab and 5fu. Along with oxyiaplatin, but i couldnt tolerate the oxy after 4 cycles. Anyone else think when just drinking water, that its like drinking a slush puppie backwards ?

Proof that chemo does work, even though it ca be hard at times.  If anyone needs to talk about chemo or anything regarding this treatment or disease,  i will help if i can.

Main thing is to stay positive., the results for many people  these days are amazing, we CAN beat this.
