Many thanks ,I have always said for many years having been on this road with  many friends that although I SO admire people and friends that have willingly had every treatment going, I personally would accept surgery and hormone treatment only.This is purely a personal thing for me ,so would be adverse to having either chemo or radiotherapy ,as would rather let my own body tackle any illness  even if it meant a shorter life span .I emphasize this is only what I would be comfortable with as feel the medical world tends to target bits of our bodies when really its the WHOLE body and MIND that work together.If my personal instinct and mind are in a happy place thats a huge factor in the recovery process for me. 

Many thanks very fortunately for me because my breasts are very big the oncologist has said he wont do radiotherapy after lumpectomy as people with big breasts often have severe side effects and as it will heighten the likelihood of cancer returning it is a smallish percentage 5 percent.So am very pleased I am in line for lumpectomy but no chemo or radiotherapy .I have had pulmonary hypertension in the past and my levels are slightly raised but I am well aware of having.multi morbidity factors for operations of any sort.But an just relieved they are still prepared to go ahead with lumpectomy and take the risk .So am on a very happy place at the moment should all be done in the next 3 to 4 weeks in time for my disabled grandchilds birthday .xx
