Stage 3 Vulva and Vaginal cancer :5wk post vulvectomy

Hey

I'm new to all this, plus I'm not great with technology either.... So please bare with me.

My cancer is very rare, I'm hoping to find others who have been, or are now, going through what I am right now.

I Had rubbish aftercare, which resulted in me being in septic shock a wk after my vulvectomy, so I know my recovery is not the usual, it would be nice to hear what my recovery should be like.

Also, I am the youngest sufferer I have found since my diagnosis in June 18, and I have only managed to find 3 other women, who do suffer with vulva cancer...only 1 is in the UK, so I'm hoping I'm not the only young woman dealing with this god damn awful cancer.

So plz get in touch if you are a fellow vulva or vaginal cancer sufferer, I'd love a chat

  • Hi Jenni,

I know you've been connecting with a few members already but as this is a rather rare cancer I thought I would have another quick look through the forum for you to see if I could find any others you may have missed.

[@Clairel6768]‍‍, [@SamB123]‍ and [@Saraswann17]‍ have all had vulva cancer and [@Umbrella]‍ was looking to connect with others that have vaginal cancer so now I've mentioned them in this post they will hopefully stop by when they can to say hello and share their experiences with you.

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best with your continued recovery from your septic shock and vulvectomy.

    Kind regards,
