Hello, I have been diagnosed with ET (Essential Thrombocythemia) and have been told that I will taking a cancer drug for the rest of my life, I left hospital in shock with leaflets and appointments for a lumba puncture and a ultrasound on my spleen. I am still trying to digest it all. I had seven years ago a clot through my heart into the lung caused by having an operation on my ankles after breaking both of them and two years ago had a DVT so I suppose this is related, feeling scared and nervous...
