Hi
New to the forum
In December I had a wide excision surgery to remove what was believed to be a fibroademoa but turned out to be a phyllodes tumour which not much is known about.
I was made aware it could grow back, and now I am going for an urgent scan tomorrow after seeing my consultant on an emergency basis, who was shocked at the size of this new lump, in the same place as the original tumour was removed.
My breast has been sore for a few weeks now, even the slightest pressure on it causes pain.
Has anyone experienced phyllodes regrowth that can give me advise. I'm very anxious as it has all happened so quickly, as in the last month at most. Phyllodes are quick growing tumours I know this, but not much literature around about them.
I find the only comfort is to wear a sports bra day and night.
Any help and advise greatfully received
Thank you
