Hi, sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis but just to make you feel a little more positive i want you to know that i will be 5 years clear in October this year and im feeling great and so will you! Stay positive and even though the treatments are tough you will get through them and kick this 'c' to the kerb! I finished my treatments and swapped from Tamoxifen to Letrozole due to being post menopausal after chemotherapy, i also requested bisphosphonate infusions to protect my bones and i signed up to a clinical trial (add aspirin) as the research team give you regular checks and keep a closer eye on you! Other than that i try and keep healthy and exercise and im getting on with my life, you will get there and if i can help in any way just get in touch, take care Debbie x

Thanks so much Debbie. So kind of you to reply this far down the line. I had actually seen that aspirin trial as it is still ongoing so I might ask my oncologist about it, just for the extra checks.
