hallo. I was diagnosed with bowel cancer 1 year ago and fortunately only had to have surgery. I had my stoma for 6 months then a reversal and my first year follow up looks good.  I’m so lucky.  My dad wasn’t - he died 1 year after diagnosis and my mum had 7 years of chemo for  peritonial ovarian cancer. I feel lucky to date.  Life is very much for living. I could get run over by a bus tomorrow ...
