    Hi Griffboy,

Welcome to Cancer Chat. I am so sorry to hear about the results of your Dad's  recent tests. I am afraid that I know little about Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I myself have had two bouts of primary breast cancer, and I cared for my Mum, who died after having cancer for 12 years. Sadly, she developed metastases in liver, lungs, brain and bones in her final year.

I notice that nobody has replied to your post as yet. Can I suggest that you use the search engine on the blue banner at the top of this page (left hand side)? If you type in 'Hodgkin's Lymphoma', you will find some previous posts on the topic. This should also give you some names to contact for more helpful information.

I am glad to hear that his consultant still considers it treatable. Have you discussed treatment options yet, or are you waiting until you get the results of his pet scan?

I hope that you get some answers soon.

Please keep in touch and let us know how he gets on. There is always someone here for you whenever you feel like talking.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine
