CLL WITH BONE LESSIONS

I was diagnosed with CLL in 2010.   With the watch and wait program my white blood cell was it 28 and the rest of my blood was within parameters pretty much. In 2013 I was diagnosed with a plasmacytoma on my right rib which needed radiation therapy the plasmacytoma started out as  A bone lesion. I was told one plasmacytoma is a solitary plasmacytoma but if you were to have more most likely you would have multiple myeloma.   I have been getting skeletal survey is for four years and this year they found five new bone lesions. So I had once again another bone marrow biopsy  which did not show myloma it just showed LOL and  a bone biopsy on one of the new lesions which  also did not show myloma it just showed the CLL, I think I have my doctor a little perplexed because CLL  is not known to cause bone lesions. Is there any other CLL person out there that also has bone lesions?
