non-invasive forms of treatment

tthis is what I would be interested in.  As going to die anyway why not do what interests me rather than following other people I do not agree with , and don't trust ?

my oncologist says it doesn't make any difference, to reduce oestrogen in the diet.  however I'm not convinced and inspired by terror, having to choose between cancer vs the unimaginable horror of chemotherapy/life on cocktail of drugs  anastrozole/zoledronic acid/cocktail of painkillers/   I have given up dairy products. hard to keep up such things without any accountability - managed to do 2 two hours walking per week, as part of a research thing -- but of course now that's finished, have stopped.

my vision is that in 50 years time, people are going to look back at the suffering inflicted by invasive treatments and think, as we do now about bleeding, leeches, radical mastectomy, sawing off legs with a rusty saw - all the horrors of those first operations/ treatmentsand think, how could they DO that ?

  • 'Unimaginable horror'? Get a grip.

To me, your whole post smacks of over-dramatisation and an irrational aversion to clinically proved treatments.

Admittedly, treatments may or may not work but the likelihood is, that they've more chance of working than alternative therapies, including any you make up yourself.

Having said all that, it's your life and if you choose to live it in a state of constant fear, it's your own affair.

Remember though, fear, like happiness, is contagious. You can choose to live differently.
