Welcome to Cancer Chat. I am sorry to hear that you are still sore, but it is still early days. Remember that you have had fairly major surgery.

I have had 2 bouts of primary breast cancer. The first time I had a lumpectomy and then I had a double mastectomy 6 years ago. The drains were a bit of a nuisance, but I could cope with them. I popped the drain reservoirs into two shoulder bags that I had made specifically for this purpose,  but  the hospital also gave me two when I was admitted. I was very surprised that I found the lumpectomy more painful than the double mastectomy. You have had a tissue expander whilst I didn’t, so that may be making you a little sorer.
