i have a bcc removed from the end of my nose on 4thmay, also had a little one half way up. Had mohs surgery and was lucky in that they were excised in the first go. I had a scar done my nose and over the tip. It has healed very well, I kept it moist with creams every day. I make sure that i use sun protection cream every day. It is still a little red and I have a new little divot at the end of my nose. My thoughts are that the cancer has been removed and a slightl blemish is better than the damage that can be caused by not having the bcc removed. I think that as the months pass the scar will fade.
