I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. How are you coping with it all? I have had two bouts of primary breast cancer and now have bilateral Lymphoedema in both arms and hands. I also lost my mother to breast cancer several years ago.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your husband. Although it was 6 years ago, I wouuld still like to offer my sincere sympathy. It is always difficult when you lose a lifelong partner and can be quite lonely thereafter. Do you have any other family or friends to support you? When were you diagnosed with Polycythaemia?   I am a Type 2 Diabetic and have Glaucoma which is limiting my sight more each day.

I do hope that you continue to fight this horrible disease and keep in touch to let us know how you are getting on. Remember that there is always someone here whenever you want to talk.
