Hi all 59 year old, had bowel cancer in 2016 with 6 months chemo, breast cancer in 2017 medication and 4 weeks radiotherapy both primaries fingers crossed that's the end of it.
I am so sorry to hear that you, like me, have been unfortunate enough to have two cancer diagnoses. Fortunately, both of mine have been breast primaries. You have been through a lot in the past year. How have you coped with it all?
I was diagnosed 7 years ago and then a year later. I had a double mastectomy the last time and have had time to come to terms with my diagnoses since then. To start with I was an absolute mess. As a professional person, I was disgusted with myself by the way that I reacted - it was all so totally out of character for me.
