I know you're wanting to meet others who may also have this diagnosis so I just wanted to let you know that the best way of doing this would be to use the 'search forum' option above. All you need to do is enter some keywords e.g. renal cell and you will then have a list of previous discussions about this started by other members on the forum. If there are any experiences or situations that sound similar to yours just post on their discussion to introduce yourself and find out more.
