I am so sorry to hear about your dad. Did he have Leukaemia for long? I am sure that your first experience of cancer was pretty harrowing and something that has changed your outlook on the world somewhat.
There are plenty of people on this site who suffer from Leukaemia and I’m sure that you will be able to give them the benefit of your experience when they come along. Just being able to chat to someone who has first-hand experience of what they are going through can be reassuring at times.
