Hi new to forum

had sarcoma 4 years now secondary in bones /meta in pelvis stomach throat too .

trying to adjust as my I can feel my body slowing down for someone who was over active and dealt with it all without any supposed it's a hard to adjust now

HI Millie,
I am so sorry to hear that your cancer has spread. It is difficult to accept that you are slowing down, but I’m afraid that we have to accept this eventually. You will find life much easier if you listen to your body. If you feel tired take a nap.
I hope that you can come to terms with your more recent diagnosis. Are you due to have any more treatment?

There was an immuotherapy but still waiting to see about it . A lot of me feels like I've had enough of treatments and want to just live the time as I am .
