This is the news you do not want to hear, words cannot describe what you must be going through. I know I will be at this point one day and have already made my list. Make sure you talk to your partner or family and tell them your wishes, even your consultant. It's so hard on close family and friends some people just go into shock and don't know how to react. How about your cancer nurse, she might be able to go through the majority of it with you, or might point you in the right direction.
